Symptom

  • Deleting sample and/or expired sampletestKeystore.jks file prevents users from logging into CMC and BI Launchpad.
  • There is a need to delete sample and/or expired sampletestKeystore.jks file under <INSTALLDIR>\SAP BusinessObjects\tomcat\webapps\BOE\WEB-INF folder.

  • Value of "saml.enabled" is set to "false" in BIlaunchpad.properties under:
    <INSTALLDIR>\SAP BusinessObjects\tomcat\webapps\BOE\WEB-INF\config\default, or
    <INSTALLDIR>\SAP BusinessObjects\tomcat\webapps\BOE\WEB-INF\config\custom
