Customer is currently experiencing Meeting Tile showing up and then disappearing after loading.

SAP Successfactors Onboarding
Reproducing the Issue
Log in to environment and you will see the Meeting Tile loading and then after awhile it will disappear.
Cause
Tile will disappear if there are no meetings created for the activity
Resolution
As of the moment, this is considered an expected behavior and engineering already created an enhancement request for this issue. However, there is no exact timeline on when the fix will be rolled out.
