Symptom
- After upgrading Replication Server from 15.7.1 SP306 ROLLUP1, "Bulk-Lib routine 'RCPPrepare' failed errors happen on DSI connection to SAP IQ
- Replication Server log displays mutiple errors below. #151 error keeps happenning until DSI down:

The DSI thread for database 'iq_server.iq_db' is shutdown. - No exception errors happen in IQ log
