2963061 - Continuous stream of errors #151 "Bulk-Lib routine 'RCIPrepare' failed"

• After upgrading Replication Server from 15.7.1 SP306 ROLLUP1, "Bulk-Lib routine 'RCPPrepare' failed errors happen on DSI connection to SAP IQ 
• Replication Server log displays mutiple errors below. #151 error keeps happenning until DSI down:
