2963123 - Sales Price List Preview Shows no Entries

Symptom

You are previewing a sales price list and the price list contains no items, even though there are items maintained.

Environment

Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Product and Service Portfolio workcenter.
  2. Navigate to the Sales Price List view.
  3. Open Price List 123 (123 represents the Sales Price List ID).
  4. Click on Preview.

The Price List contains no items in the preview.

Cause

  • You are using a custom pricing based price list with extension fields used on item level.
  • Price Lists with maintained extension fields on item level currently cannot preview items correctly.

Resolution

  • With Release 2205 the preview will contain also the Items.
  • In the meantime, you can use the excel export or web services to read out your price lists.
