When sharing a private talent pool, after a user is added via “Add More People” in “Share With People”, their name does not appear in the list of shared users

1. Navigate to the Recruiting Tab > Candidates > Talent Pool

2. Create a Private talent Pool

3. Share the pool with users under the visibility section. You can share with people or groups.

4. Notice whe sharing with people the users names are blank and you can only see the stop share icon to the right side.

This is currently a system design. In order for the username to be presented on the stare talent pool with user section, the user must have permission to the Employee Export.

This can be granted via Manage Permission Roles > Manage User > "Employee Export" permission must be given.
