2963364 - EC As of Date Ad Hoc Report pulling incorrect data when reporting on MDF and Foundation Object fields

When running an EC As of Date Ad Hoc report such as the Person and Employment As of Date Report, fields from MDF or Foundation Objects are not pulling the As of Date data.

1. Create a Person and Employment As of Date Ad Hoc Report
2. Add Columns from both Job Info and MDF/Foundation objects such as positions from the Position Object
3. Run the report
4. The Job Information data is returning the correct as of data data, but the positions field are not

This is caused by a functional gap on Ad Hoc Reports. Although you can report on MDF & Foundation Object data via this report, there are limitations on how this report works with respect to the effective dating.

The report will report the As of Date data from the corresponding Person or Employment HRIS Element such as Job info, but reporting on an MDF or Foundation object will not return the data from the As of Date record on this object.The data from the MDF and Foundation Objects is queried as of the start-date of the As of Date Job Info record.

This means if the current As of Date record on the Position object for example has an effective date after that of the start-date of the As of Date Job Info record the data will not be returned from this record but the pervious record which is active during the start-date of the Job Information record.
