2963412 - SAP<sid> Password mismatch after system copy via backup/restore

 After Backup/Restore or migration the DB doesn't start or results with below errors :

-24996,ERR_PARAM: wrong parameters
0,SAP user not found

OR

The liveCache state is ONLINE
