2963450 - Specify Required PFCG Role for Partner Function - SAP Solution Manager 7.2

This functionality was introduced from Solution Manager 7.2 SP10 to control the Business partner function assignment.

Only users with the defined PFCG role will be allowed to be entered in the relevant Partner Function field. For example, you don't want to allow a developer user/BP in the Change Manager partner function. Or suppose you don't want user with Message Processor roles are entered in the "Reported By" partner function of an incident. After following the configuration steps, an error will be encountered if a user or partner without the relevant PFCG role is assigned to a partner function "Reported By":
"Partner XXXXX (user: XXXXXX) is no Reported by. Find a valid Reported by with the input help (F4)."
