How to deactivate mass email functionality

You must create an incident to Cloud Product Support requesting for deactivation of mass email functionality with below details to proceed further.

Details Required:

• Tenant URL
• Subdomain 

Please do not make any changes or do not delete the subdomain under "Activation of Mass Email" tab untill the deactivation is done from SAP end.
