2963505 - Unsupported feature: Expand workflow navigation from normal data is NOT supported - SuccessFactors Integration Center

In Integration Center (IC), you're adding an association by navigating from an MDF entity to the WfRequest entity through the 'WfRequestNav' field, like the example below:

However, the following message is shown:

The WfRequestNav field is part of all MDF entities, but is only available for pending MDF records.

Retrieving pending records and their associated workflow request is possible directly through OData API by using the 'recordStatus=pending' parameter (refer to 2604638 - SF OData API error expanding the wfRequestNav in custom MDF entity - SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite).

However, currently Integration Center does not support this parameter, which is why the "Unsupported feature: Expand workflow navigation from normal data is NOT supported." error is thrown.

Currently, this feature is not supported. Nevertheless, you can access the “Influence SAP” page (http://influence.sap.com/successFactors) to see if there's already an open enhancement request to implement this feature and upvote it. If not, you can create it.
