2963511 - Performance History Block Does Not Show Rating Label - Performance Management

The Performance History block in the Scorecard section of the People Profile is configured with Show Ratings as Normalized Rating (Rounded) – Labels only. However when viewing the block, numerical ratings are still displayed instead of labels.

1. Make sure the Performance History block is configured under Scorecard or Talent Profile section in Configure People Profile
2. Set Show Ratings as Normalized Rating (Rounded) – Labels only
3. Access Employee Profile and check the Performance History block. The ratings are still showing the numeric value.

1. The Rating Scale used in the Performance History block is based on the Rating Scale selected for the Scorecard Process. If the PM template rating scale is different from the Scorecard Process rating scale, the system will normalize the rating. The Performance History block will show the actual Normalized Rating if the normalized rating doesn't fall to any of the scores of the Scorecard Process rating scale.
2. Using All data sources as the scorecard process with the Normalized Rating (Rounded) – Labels only setting in the Performance History block. This is currently not supported.

1) To show the rating label in the Performance History block, select the same rating scale used in the PM template for your Scorecard Process:

1. 1. Go to Admin Center > Configure People Profile
   2. Go to General Settings > Talent Data Settings > Include talent data from this process and make note of the process selected
   3. Go to Admin Center > Processes and Forms
   4. Select the Scorecard Process used for the People Profile
   5. At the bottom of the page, expand Rating Scale Settings (Required) > Rating Scale for Dashboard: select the rating scale used in your Performance template > Click Save

2) Using All data sources as the scorecard process with the Normalized Rating (Rounded) – Labels only setting in the Performance History block

• Workaround: Create a Scorecard Process and select it as the process in Configure People Profile > General Settings
  
  1. Go to Admin Center > Processes and Forms
  2. Create a Scorecard Process (if one is already created, skip to Step 3)
  3. Go to Admin Center > Configure People Profile
  4. Go to General Settings > Talent Data Settings > Include talent data from this process and select the Scorecard Process
