Symptom

Starting from CPM (Cloud Print Manger) 760, the sapwin_ex.log file (under C:\Users\<CPM service account>\AppData\Roaming\SAP\Cloud Print Manager\Sapwin) contains error that the ACSWrapper.dll can not be loaded as below:
