2963538 - RAS server crashes when opening a report created in Crystal Reports with a filename longer than 45 characters

• When using BOE RAS in standalone mode, opening a report with a filename (Report path does not appear to be important) longer than 45 characters causes the RAS server to crash and the SDK throws the error:
