2963903 - DM - iXBRL preview fails (fatal error)

Symptom

When creating the iXBRL instance + previewer, there is an error

The log shows:

2020-08-28 14:30:18.8090 [6] [DEBUG] ==> PluginContext.View(): Finished with ResultError
2020-08-28 14:30:18.8090 [6] [DEBUG] ==> PluginContext.View(): [Error] [103] A fatal error occured during Preview. Check the plugin log file.

When performing the interactive test of Arelle Previewer, as outlined in this WIKI, there is an error

Exception "'NoneType' object has no attribute 'qname'
