2963912 - Internal Hire is triggered for future terminated employees - Employee Central

When employee has a future record for his termination and then he applies for a new job, the system is triggering the manage pending hires process as an internal hire instead of a rehire process.

This is expected behavior by the system, this is because there is no way that Recruiting or Onboarding identify that Employee Central employee has a future termination scheduled and as the current data for this user is still active in the system system will treat the transaction as a nromal internal hire process.

As there is no validation throw the integration to see the future termination record throw the integration, is recommended to perform this specific transaction within Employee Central.
