2963984 - Flat file upload issue when upload via process chain/ manually

Symptom

While loading data from flat file, the decimal result is different via process chain vs running Infopackage/DTP manually.

For example, extract the data via process chain, result is 123.4. However, extract same data by running Infopackage/DTP manually, result is 1,234.00.

In some cases, an overflow can occur, when the value is to be converted into the corresponding internal format, the following error raises:

Error 'An exception with the type CX_SY_CONVERSION_OVERFL' at conversion exit RSDS_CONVERT_NUMBER (field xx record xx, value xx). (Message No. RSDS012)
