2964080 - SAPUI5 Visual Editor cannot load app in adaptation project

Symptom

SAPUI5 Visual Editor cannot load app in an adaptation project in WebIDE or BAS and there is error in browser console:

routingHelper-dbg.js:1282 Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read property 'semanticObject' of undefined
