2964160 - Duplicate Job Posting appears on different pages on Career Site - Recruiting Management

There are duplicate job postings in career site.
Two or more identical job requisitions posted into two different Search pages in Career Site.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Scenario:

1. Go to Career Site [External or Internal]
2. On Search All Jobs
3. Click the next button; Observed the job requisition A identical appears on both page 1 and appears on page 2.
4. Click the Job Requisition A on page 1 will redirect to Job Requisition on which the candidate can apply and complete application on specific position.
The same behavior happens when you apply on page 2 same Job Requisition A.

When the candidate trigger Apply to both Job Requisition A in two different page on Career Site, it will redirects to same Job Requisition.
Once candidate completed the application whichever Job Requisition, the second application will notify Candidate as Already Applied to the position.

Normally, the issue happens and relates to third party scrape activity(hourly or depends the scheduling of the third party application) or indexing recorded the job postings in career site. 

Note the scenario as valid/ can consider as duplicate job postings;
1. If you search i.e Job Requisition #1 with exact match checked,
2. or you search for the requisition id and the results return two entries of the requisition with same requisition id.

ReIndex request:

In order to request a re-index, please open a Support case with the following MANDATORY information:

• Company ID
• Data Center
• Reason for the request

IMPORTANT:

• If this information is not provided, the Operations Team will not proceed with the request.
