This article explains the limitation observed when using the recipient order in Docusign for Offer with e-signature.

1. Go to Application > Take Action > Offer > Offer Letter > Create an Offer letter with e-Signature for the candidate.
2. In Actions (inside Docusign), setup to have 2 signers, the first one with the recruiting user and the second one is for the candidate. Moreover, add a signing order which means the candidate cannot sign before the recruiting user.
Note: This is a Docusign feature.
3. Once the offer is sent, the following happens:
a. The recruiting user will receive a Docusign email to sign the offer while the candidate will have NO email notifications yet.
b. However, at the same time the offer will now be available to the candidate in the 'My Offers' tab.
