2964580 - Wrong option under 'You can also', when Purchase order is in status In revision

You’ll see 'Edit Output Setting for Created PO' under 'You can also' , when Purchase order is in status In revision.

SAP Business ByDesign

1.Create purchase order and order it.

2. Add an item to the Purchase order, Send Update

->The Purchase order will be sent to Approval

3. Approver send the Purchase order back to Revision

->Now if you click Preview, you’ll see Changed Purchase order & Cancelled Purchase order

4.But if you click You Can Also, you’ll see Edit Output Setting for Created PO,which is wrong

5.however later if you click on Send Update

6.Approver approves

7. then you will that in the output history tab that changed purchase order is appearing as expected

Our developers confirmed that  this issue, where wrong option is appearing only under You can also is a limitation and thus cannot be changed currently.

Since  Preview and also output form are having correct details we see no harm currently on your documents. so you can continue as usual.
