Symptom

You are using Ariba Network Integration for SAP Business Suite add-on (BSAO) in your SAP ERP system or its default installed version in S/4Hana system and you are wondering what is the logic which decides when SXMB_MONI and when SRT_MONI transaction displays the cXML(s).
