2964959 - Objects are not using local default language - Information Steward

Symptom

  • Set the local machine's default language setting to a foreign language.  
  • Open the Information Steward Gui in certain web browsers and notice content will be displayed differently.
    Ex: the Rule editor window will display in English instead of the default language
    Ex: the Save and run now button for saved tasks will be in English. 
  • Different web browsers will show different behaviors.
