2964965 - Manage Template update using duplicate tab on same browser - Recruiting Management

1. The behavior of configuration via Manage Template in Duplicate tab within the same browser
2. The update on template mixed up and causes issue on the Form Templates

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Access Instance>Home
2. Manage Templates then Duplicate tab [same browser/window on duplicate Tab]
3. Open Template> Form TemplateA Version xx [1^st Tab]
4. Open Template> Form TemplateB Version xx [2^nd Tab]

Only one browser at the time must be opened at any circumstances on a single computer.  Therefore any other operation done duplicating tabs, or browsers, even if browsers are different may have unexpected results or issue.

Best practice is to use only one browser and one tab (one web session) at the time.
