The two required users and their respective business catalog roles are:

1. Open the Customer Data Return - Extraction app and create a new entry on the table by clicking on New Package button. You can then define a few parameters and finish the creation. Also, before you start preparation you can define the size of each .ZIP file that will be prepared and the default size is 15MB. Please notice that the preparation will include all system objects.

When the package is created and the preparation has started, the screen will look like this:

2. After the preparation for the data which is relevant to your scenario is finished, you can trigger all data download by clicking on the File Download button. You can check the logs and download the .ZIP files for the application you want separately. On the examples below, you can check that multiple application components are already done preparing and we can open the Interaction Contacts, for example, for further checking:

3. You can access the logs related to a business object as shown below by clicking on the sheet icon on the Logs column:

4. If you want to check the the list of .ZIP files, you can click on the folder icon button on File for Selection column. On this screen you can also trigger the download of specific file(s):
