2965372 - Is it Possible to Map a Field From the Candidate Profile to Employee Central Field (Without Employee Profile) - Recruiting Management

When it comes to map a field from the Candidate Profile to a User Profile, or vice-versa, this is made through Sm-Mapping, which will map the information from the Candidate Profile to a field in the Employee Profile, hence the same field will be mapped to Employee Central. Is it possible to map a field from the Candidate Profile directly to a Employee Central field? Without using a Employee Profile field?

Currently, it's not possible to map a field from the Candidate Profile directly to a EC HRIS field. A mapping between Employee Profile will be required.
