2965434 - Is there a translation for NATIONALID_FORMAT_BLANK in National ID?

When the National ID is blank, NATIONALID_FORMAT_BLANK appears in the field. Is there a way to configure a translation for this text?

1. Go to National ID and add a new Country.
2. Select a National ID Card Type and in the National ID field, the text NATIONALID_FORMAT_BLANK is shown.

This cannot be translated. This is a hard-coded and appears when no Display Format is defined for the National ID Card Type selected. There is no configuration to handle the translation of this text.
