You cannot find a Form Template for Service Confirmations in the system even though you scoped the following question in your Business Configuration:

1. Go to the Field Service and Repair work center.
2. Select the Service Confirmations view.
3. Open the respective Service Confirmation.
4. There is no Print or Preview option available.

The system does not provide standard forms for Service Confirmations. However, the system provides the Form Template Order to Service Performer which is can be generated via the work center Field Service and Repair and the Order Pipeline view.

The Service Order Confirmation Document facilitates your work as a service engineer. You can create this document before you process a service order on the customer site. Essential information, such as order ID, account, and address, is already entered in the document. After you finish your work on the customer site, you can complete a printed or online copy of the document by filling in the additional information, such as spare parts consumption and visit notes. With the customer’s signature confirming the service order execution, you can use this document to trigger the invoicing process.

The system provides the Form Template Order to Service Performer which can be used

The process is as follows:

1. The Service Performer selects the Order in the work center Field Service and Repair and the Order Pipeline view.
2. Clicks on the Preview button.
3. The Form Template for Order to Service Performer is determined.
4. The Service Performer can then Print this form and bring it with him/her to the customer.
5. Once the work is performed the Service Performer can fill out the details and the customer can sign the document.
6. The Service Performer can then create the Service Confirmation in the system as per the details in the filled out document.
