2965870 - Scheduled reports get stuck in pending and no jobs actually running or active at that time

Symptom

  • Web Intelligence (webi) reports are failing to refresh and schedule intermittently with the error message: An internal error occurred while calling 'processDPCommandsEx' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)
  • This issue is not specific to one report or workflow, the problem occurs intermittently
  • Stack traces show the following:
