2965876 - How to Enable the ' More' Button for To See New Actions for Redetermination of Involved Parties

Symptom

You want to use the 2008 functionality actions for Redetermination of Involved Parties in Opportunities. You cannot find/activate the 'More' button in Adaptation Mode.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales work centre.
  2. Go to the Opportunities view.
  3. Open any.
  4. Navigate to the 'Involved Parties' facet.
  5. Enter Adaptation Mode.

Result: You cannot find the 'More' button for activation.

Cause

Instead of searching for the 'More' button on the 'Involved Parties' facet, please enable the 'All Involved Parties' facet.

Resolution

  1. Go to the Sales work centre.
  2. Go to the Opportunities view.
  3. Open any.
  4. Enter Adaptation Mode.
  5. Make the facet 'All Involved Parties' visible. 
  6. Navigate: 
    All Involved Parties > Pane Variant > Toolbar > More: Check Personalize. Now check 'Set as Visible' and un-check 'Hide'.
