2966125 - Custom label doesn't show date on profile

Changed the value of the key TIMEANDLABOR_ESS_AS_OF_DATE but the date value is not displaying after the change instead \{0\} shows up.

When the label is explicitly(manually) changed system code won't understand the place holders, as it will take the entire custom value as string.

• If the key has place holders like \{0\} \{1\} \{2\} etc. in the code then system won't understand these values for custom label change.
• Code picks up the actual properties file value (remains unchanged) and the custom value is applied on top of it only for your instance.
• The code property file doesn't change.
• The values from database from the label change cannot be picked up explicitly.

In custom field label change we cannot show any other data, just set of string/text value.
