2966129 - Requirement diagram does not open in PD Desktop or error is raised - SAP PD

Symptom

  • Requirement diagram created in PD Web does not open in PD Desktop by double-clicking it in the Local Browser tab, and an unexpected exception may be raised.
  • The Requirement Diagram property sheet can be open selectiong Properties in the contextual menu.
  • An Unspecified error is displayed when moving away from the General tab:

  • A PowerDesigner error is raised when the Requirements Model (RQM) is updated into the repository:
