2966157 - Knowledge transfer emails are not being sent - Onboarding 2.0

Symptom

The knowledge transfer tasks are not being triggered when the Knowledge transfer plan is created. The email is being sent only when the KT assignee includes a note in the KT task.

Environment

SAP Successfactors Onboarding 2.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. For a new offboardee, try to create a new knowledge transfer plan / task;
  2. Check in Admin Center > Email Services, you'll not see an email for this task.

Cause

The issue occuring due a code defect in Onboarding 2.0

Resolution

Onboarding engineering team has identified this as a product defect, the fix for this issue will be delivered on 2011 release by the following code: OBX-12659
