2966291 - Can Not Make Account Team Tab Visible

Symptom

You want to enable the Account Team tab, inside any account. However, the tab is grayed out in Adaptation Mode.

Environment

 SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Customers work center.
  2. Go to the Accounts view.
  3. Open any account. 
  4. Start Adaptation mode and select the tabs to be adapted. 
  5. See that Account Team tab is grayed out. Even if you check "Personalize" box, the tab won't be visible.  
  6. Also, you can see, in the tab "Details", that the field visibility's property is controlled by a standard binding: /Root/CommericalBankingScopingOff

Cause

In this tenant, the business feature 'BankingCommercial' is enabled.

Resolution

In such tenants, the Account Team facet is not available. However, C4C has tab 'Coverage Team' as a substitution. You can make this available via Adaptation, instead.
