Symptom

  • During add-on installation or un-installation in SAP add-on Installation Tool (SAINT), the following error occurred: 
    Reason: OCS is locked by transaction <XXXXX>
    Process all the steps of the transaction <XXXXX> until they are completed
  • Transaction <XXXXX> could be SPAM or SIM_UNINST.
