2966379 - Rule result scores on rules are incorrectly red when they are a 10 - Information Steward

• Documentation that rule result scores on rule results should be green if above the high threshold, yellow in between the two, and red if below the low threshold.
• Rule result scores of 10 (or 100% passed the rule) are showing up in red in the workspace > rule results > Expand table  > expand rule result.  The top score shows as green the individual score on the field below shows as red incorrectly even though it is a 10.
• Rule results scoring is not reflecting correct color.
