2966755 - Asterisk not displayed in Data Capture Form - Recruiting Marketing

Symptom

The asterisk (*) is not displayed on the mandatory fields in Data Capture Form.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting  Marketing
  • Career Site Builder

Cause

The asterisk (*) is not visible when the Required Field Identifier has the same color as the background.

Resolution

To change the color:

  1. Go to Manage Career Site Builder > Pages
  2. Pages > Landing
  3. Select a landing page and click Edit
  4. Click Data Capture Form component
  5. Go to Styles and update the color of Required Field Identifier
