2967167 - You Are Unable to Update Opportunity Product Notes With Data Workbench Work Center

Symptom

You are unable to upsert opportunity product notes. When downloading the template, you are unable to find opportunity ID and Item ID. Since there is no opportunity ID and item ID, you exported opportunities to get the Opportunity_External_Key. You also exported opportunity product to get the Opportunity_Item_External_Key. But the field external keys is blank in the export file.

  • You would like to know how to update the notes for the opportunity products.
  • You would like to know how to update the missing external keys.
