2967207 - Candidates are not appearing in Manage Pending Hires after completion of Onboarding Steps - Onboarding

Your candidate has completed all steps in Onboarding, however, the record is not showing up in Manage Pending Hires Page.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Complete all steps in Onboarding (it will differ due your settings in Process variant manager);
2. Go to Manage Pending Hires > Onboarding;
3. You can't see your new hire.

• One of the possible causes is that your current user does not have the proper permissions for Manage Pending Hires.
• Candidate is stuck in the second rehire flow.
• An error occurred during the Onboarding process

Please make sure that the following minimum permissions are granted to the affected user:

1. User Permissions >> Onboarding or Offboarding Object Permissions
   
   1. ONB2Process (Process)
2. User Permissions >> Employee Central Effective Dated Entities*
   
   1. First Name
   2. Last Name
3. User Permissions >> Employee Data
   
   1. Hire Date
4. Administrator Permissions >> Manage Hires
   
   1. Manage Pending Hires
      
      • Must have a target population for External Onboarding Users

5. Employee Central API:

   Employee Central Foundation SOAP API
   Employee Central Foundation OData API (read-only)
   Employee Central HRIS OData API (read-only)
   Employee Central Foundation OData API (editable)
   Employee Central HRIS OData API (editable)

*Minimum permissions required. May add additional effective dated entities according to the column configuration in Manage Pending Hires.

If you have checked the permissions and is confident that all permissions have been granted, we recommend you raise a ticket with support for us to troubleshoot which step the candidate is stuck on.
