2967267 - Error "A filter contains a wrong value. You cannot run this query. (INF IES 00007)" occurs when running a Web Intelligence Document with a constant String value

• A query level filter on Date/Date Time object with "Null" or "Empty_Value" or any other string passed as Constant string, throws below error on running the query
  "A filter contains a wrong value. You cannot run this query. (Error: INF IES 00007)".

• IsNull() and IsNotNull() options are not available in filter when a document is based on BW BICS
• The same error is seen from BI Launchpad as well as Webi Rich client.
• The same works for a Dimension with String value
