2967305 - Schedule upload report (/SCMTMS/SCH_UPLOAD) gives error via WEBGUI

Symptom

In SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM), uploading schedule from UI (NWBC or Fiori) using an excel file, gives below errors: 

  1. File &1 could not be uploaded (/SCMTMS/COMMON 147)
  2. Schedule upload failed; file does not contain valid entries (/SCMTMS/SCH 220)

Uploading the same file from the report /SCMTMS/SCH_UPLOAD via SAP GUI for WINDOWS works correctly.
