The tracked terms in JAM is not sending email notifications to the users who subscribed to it
Environment
SAP JAM Collaboration
Cause
JAM Company Admin has disabled the "Send Daily Alert Emails to all Members" checkbox at the Company level. Once this option is disabled, all members under the company will not receive daily alert emails any more:
Resolution
After R545 release, Engineering team delivered an enhancement wherein if the Company admin has disabled the daily alerts email feature at the company level, then individual users will also not be getting emails under any circumstance.
A user will only get the daily alert only when all the required conditions are met->
- Daily Alert feature enabled at company level.
- User has daily email enabled at account level.
