Symptom

Unable to delete user from SU01/SU10, action terminates with an ABAP Dump GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED.

The termination occurred in ABAP program "/VIRSA/SAPLPFCG", in
"/VIRSA/RT_SOD_ANALYSIS". The main program
was "SAPMSUU0".

Checked SAP KBA 1936785, parameter values adjusted, still same dump.
