2967812 - CSV records in separate columns when exporting from Integration Center

When exporting a CSV file from SuccessFactors via Integration Center, the records are in 2 separate column.

This is not an error from Integration Center, this is an expected behavior from Excel and it occurs due to a semicolon (;) in the field value.

NOTE:
In Integration center, a newline character in CSV file is typically interpreted as a delimiter for the next row of data. We suggest you provide CSV files with descriptions that do not contain any newline characters to ensure proper formatting 

To export the CSV file correctly, go to the Options tab:

• Output File Type: Simple Delimited;
• File Delimiter: Semicolon (;);
• Header Type: Your choice;
• Footer Type: Your choice;
• Use Double Quotes - Enable

The output file should be exported as the following image:

NOTE:
As a general good practice, we recommend you provide CSV files with descriptions that do not contain newline characters to ensure proper formatting.
