2967899 - Not able to initiate onboarding manually - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

You are trying to inititate onboardoing through the "Create New task" button or from Onboarding > Process, however, once you click in "Finish" the page only reload.

Environment

SAP Successfactors Onboarding 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Onboarding > Process;
  2. Select your process and click in Finish;
  3. The page will reload and the Onboarding Work Queue will reload.

OR

  1. In Onboarding Work Queue click in create new task;
  2. Select your process and click in Finish;
  3. The page will reload and the Onboarding Work Queue will reload.

Cause

The Post-Hire verification step is disabled in Onboarding Superadmin > Processes. 

Resolution

At present, is not possible manually initiate Onboarding for processes where the PHV step is disabled. The resolution for this case is to:

  1. Go to Onboarding Superadmin > Processes > Select your process;
  2. Enable the PHV step.
