2967931 - IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS is hang in SM58 intermittently

Symptom

When transmitting an IDOC to an external system such as BizTalk, the IDOC reaches the RFC layer with a status of 03. However, the external system occasionally does not receive the IDOC.

Concurrently, in transaction SM58, the tRFC call IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS is in a "Transaction Executing" status, indicating a hang.
