2968033 - SCC7 : Last import Post-Processing Cancelled

Symptom

After a client transport was imported in the target system and SCC7 was executed, to start the client copy post-processing, the following error happened:

FINB_TR_CC_EXIT_TARGET FIN-FB Post-Processing Required

The issue was resolved by the SAP Note 1235955.

Yet in SCC3, the message "Post-Processing Required" is still there.
However, while running the transaction SCC7 in target system, you get below warning message:

"Last import Post-Processing Cancelled
Note: A restart deletes the temporary data created since the last import as well as master and transaction data, depending on the profile."
