Route cookies can be observed when Candidates are rerouted from Recruiting Marketing environment to the Recruiting Management one.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing
Resolution
Route is used for session stickiness function: for the same "X" User session, one same route will be used, and all the requests will be forwarded to the same Customer facing server.
The "route" cookie is needed in BizX.
Basically, it is a hashed value containing no sensitive information at all, but the platform service will be based on its value and will guide the Candidate to the right server, for his request to be processed correctly.
It cannot be disabled.
