2968092 - Useful life cannot set as 0 for the new receiver asset created during transfer posting

Symptom

When using T-code ABUMN to post asset transfer within company code to a "new asset", the useful life of receiver asset cannot be set as 0, and it will be the same as sender asset after the posting.
