2968155 - TimeOff Attachments added through Mobile App are going to incorrect Folder in third party system

Is it possible to sync Timeoff Attachments from SuccessFactors Mobile App to a defined Folder in a third party system?

Suppose you have an integration to a third party system

1. Configuration
   1. Create Custom Document Category for TimeOff in SuccessFactors,
   2. Create Attachment field in Employee Time object
   3. Configured "Attachment Field Configuration" and add the custom category created for TimeOff in "Attachment Category" field
      
2. Add attachments through Mobile App:
   1. Select "TimeOff" button > New Request
   2. Fill in necessary fieldsAdd Attachment
   3. Save

Resule:
The attachment will go straigt to an incorrect Folder in the third party system.

As per the TimeOff Product Team, TimeOff depends on ‘Attachment Field Configuration’ to allow customers to define Document Categories, however, they do not have a pre-delivered Document Category for "TimeOff" yet and the custom extension of this field to fill the data to a third party application is not supported for Mobile App.

Engineering ticket has been created to support Custom Extension for Document Category in Mobile App, however, as it requires fix in multiple modules, it will be a long-term item, with no pending release date at the moment. This KBA will be updated accordingly.
