2968211 - ICS:3008: The signature has expired since * seconds

Symptom

  • You are carrying out an action using the OpenText Archive server (e.g. storing, retrieving, etc. files)
  • This is failing with error message "ICS:3008: The signature has expired since * seconds"
  • If you double click on the message the following is seen:

    Signature Expired.png

  • In the application log in SLG1 you can see the complete URL and the expiration time (KBA 2782452)
