2968211 - ICS:3008: The signature has expired since * seconds

Symptom

  • Carrying out an action using the OpenText Archive server (e.g. storing, retrieving, etc. files)
  • This is failing with error message "ICS:3008: The signature has expired since * seconds"
  • If double clicked on the message the following is seen:

    Signature Expired.png

  • In the application log in SLG1 it can be seen the complete URL and the expiration time (KBA 2782452)
